What are your rings made of?
Each page names the metal: stainless steel or tungsten. Every stone is sparkling cubic zirconia (CZ), a lovely lab made gem.
Are the stones diamonds?
They are cubic zirconia, a bright lab made gem with lots of sparkle at a tiny price. We name it on every page.
How do I care for my ring?
Warm soapy water, a soft brush, and a soft cloth to dry. Two minutes a month keeps it shining.
Sizing
How do I find my ring size?
Use our ring size guide. It takes one minute and shows your size straight away.
What if I need another size?
Your first size swap is free within 30 days of delivery, shipping included.
Can a jeweller resize my ring?
Steel and tungsten rings keep their shape for life, so we swap the size for you instead. It is free the first time.
Orders and shipping
How can I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your ring is on its way. You can also use our Order tracking page.
How much is shipping?
Free on US orders of $35 or more. Below $35 it is a flat $4.95.
Where do you ship?
We happily ship all across the USA.
How can I pay?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Returns and warranty
What is your returns policy?
You have 30 days to fall in love. Send it back unworn in its box for a full refund to your original payment method.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes, 12 months for anything wrong with how the ring was made, like a loose stone.
